Your physiotherapist will carry out a full assessment, discuss your goals, and deliver hands-on treatment tailored to your condition — followed by a simple home exercise plan to support your recovery between sessions.
Equipment may be needed for rehabilitation and physiotherapist will advise how to source if needed.
